Lotus Specialist

Some of What You'll Do:

• Assist customers who enter the dealership, answer their questions and help them select a vehicle that is right for their needs
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase. Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Possibly deliver vehicles to customers. The delivery process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty.
• Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid California Driver's License + Acceptable Driving Record
• 3+ years of High End luxury Sales and Customer Service Experience
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal orientated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Availability to work late nights, most weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable sitting in vehicles and demonstrating features during test drives.
• Capable of bending, stooping, and reaching to inspect vehicles and assist customers.
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds for moving vehicle accessories or paperwork.
• Willingness to work outdoors, exposing oneself to various weather conditions while showing vehicles on the lot.

***Base pay is $35,942.40 a year ($17.28 hourly assuming the 40 hours within the 52 weeks of the year) + Commissions.  Commissions are estimated to bring net earnings up to $118,812.66 a year at this location.  Actual net earnings may vary on commissioned and performance efforts. The estimated earning range is a reflection of our base pay and current highest earning employee in the role who has remained employed year to date at this location.***
