Cold Storage Distribution Warehouse Associate

COLD STORAGE WAREHOUSE - PICKING AND PACKING – ICE CREAM DISTRIBUTION

Production Department --- Distribution Center, Middletown, PA

Shifts Monday-Friday - 6am to approximately 3:30pm or until completion 

Job Summary

• Consistent Schedule – Average a 45-50 hour workweek each week, Monday through Friday
• Consistent Shift Every Week – Monday-Friday, 10-hour days. No Weekends. No Holidays.
• Consistent Overtime Pay – overtime after 40 hours each week
• Starting wage of $21.96 / hour ; increased to $22.56 after 60 days of positive performance -- $33.84/hour per OT Hour

Job Responsibilities

• Picking orders along state-of-the-art, guided product racking to conveyor systems
• Palletize and prep product for shipping
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
• Must observe all safety procedures, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Other responsibilities as they are assigned.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Warehousing/Forklift experience preferred
• Must be able to walk and/or stand for majority of shift
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
• Ability to work in cold temperatures 0° to -20°
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment drug screens and criminal background checks
