- In-depth understanding of fixed asset management and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of accounting software and fixed asset management systems.
- Knowledge of internal and external audit procedures.
- Skills in asset valuation and depreciation methods.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Four (4) years of experience in asset management and inventory control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Two (2) years of staff management and supervisory experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- For company insurance purposes, at least 21 years of age; possess a current Arizona Driver’s License with a safe driving record.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered if applicable and must be directly related to the functions and body of knowledge required to successfully perform the job.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications.
- Proficiency in asset tracking systems and software.
- Experience working or volunteering at a nonprofit and/or food bank.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Physical Requirements:
- Light Work – ability to exert 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
