ASSEMBLY/WELDER

3-Dimensional Services Group is seeking a full-time employee for its Assembly department for 1st shift in Rochester Hills. This person will need to be able to efficiently float between the assembly and stamping departments of the facility. This position requires experience in spot welding and clinch nut installation, along with MIG/TIG welding experience. Metal stamping experience is a plus but not required. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• MIG/TIG and spot welding, adding clinch nuts, tapping holes.
• Metal finishing.
• Torque and push out testing.
• Assist in stamping department when needed.
• General housekeeping of area.
• Log job time, daily.
• Appropriate lockout/tagout training.
• Follow required PPE, and all Company and Safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Special Knowledge:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Experience:

• MIG/TIG and spot welding.
• Stamping experience a plus.
