Overview
Surf Internet is searching for a task- and detail-oriented local Brand Marketing Coordinator to support the overall branding efforts of the organization. The Brand Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the overall tracking and scheduling of local sponsorships and sales events as well as working with vendors to order event supplies and creative materials, on time and on budget.
Your organizational and interpersonal skills will assist our organization in amplifying brand visibility, enhancing client and employee relations, and contributing to our organization's growth through events that effectively communicate business strategy and brand personality.
The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, superb interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills, attention to detail and excellent time management.
This role will be based at our Elkhart, IN office with some event site visits in the region. There is flexibility for a hybrid schedule of up to 20% work from home.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a shared event calendar.
- Assist Brand Marketing and Field Sales teams to research proposed events and sponsorships.
- Communicate with internal and external groups pertaining to logistics, scheduling, confirmation of dates and trafficking of materials.
- Assist with post-event procedures including collecting feedback.
- Supply the social media team with recommendations for event and sponsorship content.
- Have a strong understanding of company brand and be able to communicate and demonstrate in various marketing materials
- Manage the ad specialty inventory, notify stakeholders when reorders are needed and direct shipping and delivery to the appropriate parties.
- Approve, code and process monthly invoices, keeping detailed track of expenses to conform with a monthly and quarterly marketing budget.
- Assist in the proofing of acquisition and website copy and graphics created by Surf team members and 3rd party vendors.
- Work with designers to create materials (Examples: flyers, ads, event materials)
- Produce support materials for internal groups as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
