Education/Experience
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in call center environment preferred but not required.
Language Ability
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
Must be able to speak clearly.
Math Ability
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of SAP or similar software programs.
Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is moderately high. Must be able to focus on task with background noise.
Physical Demands
The employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time.
