Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules for guest rooms and public areas.
  • Train and supervise housekeeping staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and brand compliance.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping.
  • Ensure safety compliance for staff and maintain a safe work environment.
