We are seeking a Graphic Designer to play a key role in developing high-quality visual assets that support marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital experiences across the Bullion International Group portfolio of brands. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual designs.

About the Role
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-impact marketing and branding materials for both digital and print applications. Working closely with the Creative Services Manager and cross-functional teams, this role will contribute to the overall creative vision and brand consistency across multiple platforms, including eCommerce, social media, email marketing, advertising, and more.
This position requires a strong balance of creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills to deliver best-in-class design solutions that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Design
- Develop and execute creative assets for marketing campaigns, including digital banners, landing pages, email graphics, social media visuals, display ads, and printed materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs by following brand guidelines and design standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually compelling storytelling assets that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Design layouts for presentations, reports, and other internal and external communications.
- Work on print collateral, ensuring high-quality execution and production readiness.
Digital & eCommerce Design
- Design and optimize graphics for eCommerce platforms, enhancing product pages, promotional banners, and UX elements to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Create visually engaging assets for paid advertising, including social media ads, Google Display ads, video thumbnails, and more.
- Develop UI/UX concepts and mockups for website enhancements and customer-facing digital touchpoints.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with copywriters, marketing strategists, UX designers, and developers to bring creative ideas to life.
- Receive and implement feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.
