Bullion International Group is seeking an accomplished leader to join and build a centralized Program Management Office (PMO) and drive executional excellence across its portfolio of operational and growth initiatives. This will be a highly visible leadership position reporting to the CFO with opportunity to collaborate and influence senior department and business leaders. The right leader will be able to drive Bullion International Group’s strategic initiatives while playing a pivotal role in shaping the function to develop scalable enterprise-wide project management practices, build robust playbooks, create structured prioritization processes and ensure initiatives are delivered consistently with high quality and within scope. Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Centralized PMO: Lead the enterprise-wide portfolio of projects, establishing a cohesive and scalable project management framework that aligns with organizational goals.
- Establish Best Practices: Define and implement PMO standards, tools, and methodologies to ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability across all projects.
- Project Prioritization: Evaluate and optimize the project intake and governance process to ensure that resources are aligned to strategic priorities and value-add delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders across strategy, growth, business and operations globally to ensure alignment of initiatives and seamless execution.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing cross functional team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Performance Management: Establish KPIs and project dashboards to track progress, measure success, and communicate to executive leadership on project portfolio performance.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring delivery milestones are met and business outcomes are achieved.
- Change Leadership: Champion change management and promote adoption of new processes, tools, and governance models and playbooks throughout the organization.
- End to End Execution: Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment utilizing roadmaps and clear implementation plans identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and risks.
- External Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
