POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Successfully passes a background check, pre-employment drug screening, and other relevant competency assessment(s).
- Possesses a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- In-person, predictable attendance during critical operations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL
- Bachelor’s Degree and or 5-7 years in a Supervisory Hydraulic Fracturing experience or a minimum of 3 years’ experience within an EVO SS role.
- Previous well control experience preferred.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrated ability to prove a high aptitude in technical skillsets and competencies as listed below.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES
- Ability to attend, participate, and successfully complete the scheduled New Hire Safety training, including but not limited to H2S, Powered Industrial, and basic First Aid and CPR training.
- Attends and successfully completes annual safety and operations recertification training.
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
- Fully knowledgeable, compliant, and proactively promote and utilize digital platforms including Active Learner, Paycom, KPA, and other company mandated systems.
- Advanced ability to communicate verbally and in clear, concise writing.
- Proficient in Performance Management.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Fleet Manager works both indoors and outdoors. While indoors, the FM sits for prolonged periods at a desk, while typing on a computer.
When visiting the wellsite, the Fleet Mananger is required to walk, sit, climb, bend, step over, reach and squat/kneel. Work environment includes exposure to hazardous materials, operating conditions, audio up to 85 dB and inclement weather. Given these conditions employees are required to wear company mandated and issued personal protective equipment (PPE) (fire retardant coveralls, safety hat, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, ear protection and impact gloves) and must strictly adhere to all safety policies. Fleet Managers may be called on to lift heavy objects; therefore, Fleet Managers must be able to lift 49 lbs. independently and 50-100 lbs. with a team lift.
Work hours may include early morning, late afternoon/evening hours, and weekends in combination depending on job necessity.
