Description

Spring Haven Senior Living is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This critical role is responsible for qualifying all incoming leads through our CRM dashboard and ensuring a smooth, professional first point of contact for potential residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage all inbound leads within the CRM system.

  • Qualify prospective leads by phone and email with warmth, professionalism, and clarity.

  • Schedule on-site tours for the Marketing Director or Community Relations team.

  • Provide timely follow-up and maintain accurate notes and statuses within the CRM.

  • Effectively differentiate between Assisted Living-appropriate leads and those better suited for higher levels of care.

  • Serve as a liaison between potential residents, families, and the marketing/sales team to support smooth transitions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and phone communication skills are essential.

  • Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking preferred.

  • Senior Living experience required, with a clear understanding of care level distinctions (Assisted Living vs. Nursing Home).

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

  • Empathetic, compassionate, and committed to helping families make informed decisions.

  • This individual needs a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Senior Living Marketing or a degree in business, marketing, or other related degree will count towards the experience requirement. 

  • Experience in qualifying leads in other industries will also be considered towards the necessary experience required.
