Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage all inbound leads within the CRM system.

Qualify prospective leads by phone and email with warmth, professionalism, and clarity.

Schedule on-site tours for the Marketing Director or Community Relations team.

Provide timely follow-up and maintain accurate notes and statuses within the CRM.

Effectively differentiate between Assisted Living-appropriate leads and those better suited for higher levels of care.

Serve as a liaison between potential residents, families, and the marketing/sales team to support smooth transitions.
