As the Business Operations Manager, you will be a key strategic leader working closely with the President to improve systems, empower teams, and elevate performance across the organization. You will ensure our workflows, technology, data, and communication structures support scalable growth and an exceptional patient experience.
This role is ideal for a leader who loves transforming complexity into clarity, coaching others to succeed, and building the operational foundation that supports strong patient care.
What You’ll Do
Systems & Workflow Optimization
• Lead the development, documentation, and improvement of operational processes across all departments
• Champion and support the adoption of new technology solutions including AI and clinical systems
• Identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance and consistency in execution across locations and teams
SOP and Training Ownership
• Create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures and visual work instructions
• Build training programs that support onboarding, skill development, and cross-training
• Monitor utilization and communicate updates as processes evolve
Leadership & Collaboration
• Partner with team leads to support engagement, accountability, and communication
• Help build a culture rooted in transparency, teamwork, and integrity
• Facilitate alignment and productive problem-solving across operations, billing, service, and sales teams
Data & KPI Performance Management
• Define, track, and report on key operational performance metrics
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used for decisions
• Provide insights that lead to proactive improvement initiatives
Strategic Execution
• Drive projects that support company growth, cost-effectiveness, and operational readiness
• Bring forward ideas that enhance productivity, quality, and scalability
Other responsibilities may be assigned to support business needs.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
• Primarily office setting with occasional warehouse or clinic involvement
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel locally as needed
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually
