Pay: $17.00 hourly

We are currently seeking a highly visible, proactive, and outgoing Parking Attendant to support one of our street-facing locations. This role is key to ensuring a smooth guest experience while actively driving traffic into the lot. Role Description:

The Parking Attendant performs a variety of tasks to ensure quality guest experience and the smooth operation of the parking facility, exceeding customer and client expectations. Depending on the needs of the location, the team member is responsible for greeting and assisting guests with directions, parking help, and completing car counts.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and depart guests in a friendly, courteous manner
  • Communicate respectfully and assist guests with questions, concerns, or issues; escalate to the Shift or Operations Manager as needed
  • Maintain professional communication with guests, clients, and teammates
  • Control traffic at exits when necessary
  • Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead
  • Issue parking violations and boot vehicles parked illegally
  • Empty and clean all trash cans; replace liners as needed
  • Walk each floor to ensure trash is picked up
  • Check all machines to ensure proper operation

 

Schedule:

Monday - Friday with some Sundays

Monday 9am-8pm

Tuesday 9am -3pm

Wednesday 9am -3pm

Thursday 9am -4pm

Friday 9am -4pm

Every other Sunday 1pm-7pm

Skills/Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able and willing to work outside in all elements (heat, rain, snow, cold)
