What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Warm Welcomes: Greet all customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, opening doors and assisting them upon arrival.
• Expert Vehicle Handling: Safely and efficiently park and retrieve a variety of luxury and premium vehicles (Audi, VW, Volvo, Mazda) within designated dealership areas.
• Precision Parking: Navigate busy service drives and parking lots with care and precision, ensuring vehicles are parked securely and efficiently.
• Key Management: Maintain meticulous organization of vehicle keys, ensuring quick retrieval and secure storage.
• Concierge Support: Assist customers with inquiries, provide directions, and offer a helping hand with personal belongings as needed.
• Service Drive Readiness: Ensure the service drive and valet areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Damage Awareness: Conduct quick visual inspections of vehicles upon arrival and report any existing damage to the appropriate personnel.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Service Advisors, Sales Consultants, and other dealership staff to ensure a smooth customer flow and efficient operations.

• Customer-Centric Attitude: A genuine desire to provide outstanding service and create positive interactions.
• Impeccable Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean driving history is essential.
• Professional Demeanor: Polished appearance and respectful communication skills.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to vehicle details, key management, and customer requests.
• Team Player: Collaborative spirit and willingness to support colleagues.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Prior valet, automotive, or customer service experience preferred, but not required – we're willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a strong work ethic!
