Warranty Administrator needed for a busy, automotive dealership, responsible for coding and processing warranty claims, training provided.
Duties include collaborating with the Warranty Team of Administrators, Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Team and Service Managers. Requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Review warranty claims and correct errors as needed. Post claim payments and ensure accurate amounts are posted. Keep schedule clean by following up on unpaid or pending claims. Review claims on a daily basis for compliance. Monitor performance and identify areas of improvement. Stay current with required training, Bulletins and Communications provided by manufacturer.
