Allegro Living, LLC is seeking a seasoned and visionary Vice President of Resident Services to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a tenured Regional Director of Nursing or Regional Director of Resident Services who is ready to take the next step in their career and make a meaningful impact across our communities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 Years of proven leadership as a Regional Director of Nursing (DON) or Regional Director of Resident Services in senior living, assisted living, memory care.

  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, quality assurance programs, and clinical best practices.

  • Track record of building high-performing teams and elevating standards of resident care.

  • Passion for serving seniors and commitment to fostering a resident-first culture.

  • Active RN license required.

The primary responsibility of the Vice President of Resident Services (VPRS) is to support the Resident Services Directors (RSDs) to ensure company-wide consistent standards of quality care and nursing services, regulatory compliance, and optimized service revenues.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Collaborate with Corporate and Community level staff to promote excellent service, high occupancy, optimal revenue for services performed, and high resident and staff satisfaction.
  • Promote a safe environment for all residents, visitors, and associates of the Communities regarding infection control, life safety, and sanitation.
  • Conduct routine inspections of services being provided to residents to promote the delivery of the highest quality services.
  • Perform regular assessment audits at each community to confirm accurate and timely performance of assessments, documentation that reflects the needs of the residents, and correct billing of services provided.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure as a registered nurse in Florida required.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), and/or Long Term Care (LTC) management, demonstrating progressively more responsibilities.
  • Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
  • The Community is a drug free workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Assisted Living Certification as required by state law, Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator license a plus.
