Interactive College of Technology (ICT) is currently accepting resumes for Pre-Esl Instructors in our English as a Second Language Department at our Chamblee campus.
As our students have always been and continue to be our top priority, ICT has developed an "English Language Foundations" course for prospective learners who are beginning their English journey from the alphabet and have not previously taken any formal English as a Second Language classes in the United States..
The “English Language Foundations” course offers a unique subject structure giving students equitable access to the five C’s of language learning applied to grammar, conversation, and reading and writing. The course is conducted in a nurturing, language-rich environment designed to build foundational English language proficiency. The activity material is task-based oriented. The students will be able to connect the acquired in-class knowledge to their outside-of-classroom real-life scenarios.
ICT believes the ESL instructor’s position is the primary motivational source for students enrolled in courses at ICT. Instructors conduct all courses within the structured syllabus and lesson plans, maintain gradebooks, and document student engagement and progress.
The “English Language Foundations” classes are offered Monday through Thursday, from 6 pm to 9 pm.
