SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
    Required Qualifications:
- A master degree in CMHC or related field closely related to the course(s) being taught.Â
- Must hold or be eligible for licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or related helping profession in Kentucky.
- A strong counselor identity and a minimum of two years counseling experience.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Experience using instructional technology.
   Preferred Qualifications:
- A Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from a CACREP accredited program.Â
- Experience teaching in higher education.
- Five years of experience as a CMHC related to the course(s) being taught.
- Experience with Canvas and Tevera instructional technologies.
- Record of professional and scholarly productivity.
- Knowledgeable of CACREP-accredited counseling program standards.
- Experience in clinical supervision.
