POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Experience Specialist at American Federal Investments plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of investment and financial services. This position provides administrative, operational, and technological support to Financial Advisors and LPL Client Relationship Managers, enabling them to focus on client engagement, relationship management, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role directly supports approximately $100 million in Assets Under Management (AUM) and contributes to the overall success of the AFI program by promoting efficiency, client satisfaction and technology adoption.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative and Client Support

•    Provide day-to-day administrative and practice management support to Financial Advisors and LPL Client Relationship Managers.
•    Coordinate client communications, scheduling, and follow-up activities to ensure a seamless and professional client experience.
•    Maintain and update client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
•    Facilitate onboarding processes for new clients and assist with ongoing service needs.

Technology and Operations

•    Serve as the technology ambassador for the AFI program, encouraging adoption of tools and platforms and assisting with troubleshooting.
•    Support multiple bankers and advisors across sales offices using remote collaboration and technology tools.
•    Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for client and internal meetings.
•    Ensure all operational activities align with compliance requirements and AFI service standards.

Project and Program Support

•    Participate in AFI projects and initiatives, including documentation, coordination, and reporting.
•    Collaborate with internal teams and departments to improve workflows and enhance client service delivery.
•    Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, offering ideas for increasing efficiency and improving client outcomes.
 

Qualifications

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

•    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
•    Prior experience in financial services, banking, or administrative support roles strongly desired. 
•    Knowledge of the full array of financial services, operational systems/processes, industry trends, etc. necessary to deliver American Federal Sales Process required.
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.
•    Work effectively in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
