Description

Position Summary:  The Account Manager will play a critical role in building relationships with new and existing clients. They will be responsible for managing client relationships, order entry and driving revenue growth.  This position will handle retail opportunities through inbound customer calls, sales leads, email etc.as well as proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships (at all levels); develop the relationships through ongoing touch points to ensure satisfaction and customer awareness of all product and service offerings.
  • Quickly assess and understand the customers objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Accurate and timeliness of entering all non-eCommerce Sales Orders into our ERP system.
  • Use in-depth knowledge of our products and services to determine what subject matter experts (SME) or other team members to bring in/or refer to ensure client satisfaction 
  • Identify and approach new clients while connecting with their business needs
  • Articulate Displayits’ brand; our best-in-class products and services
  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively onboarding new accounts, cross-selling and developing new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Use internal systems and software efficiently to ensure proper access to project files and maintain redundancy.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of customer service/sales experience
  •   Proven success generating leads and making and outbound sales calls
  • Self-starter, Detail Oriented, organized with high respect to following processes
  • Great internal and external written and verbal communication
  • Excels at providing an excellent customer experience
  • Demonstrates ability to listen, be attentive and have patience
  • Good Collaborator with a team and with the customer
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications
  • Experience using Netsuite and Hubspot a plus
  • Multi-tasker and able to adapt to changing needs
  • Ability to think quickly and solve problems

Working Conditions:

  • Works in our Buford office; with long-term potential to be hybrid
  • Handles off work hour calls or emails from clients that are needed
