Episcopal High School is seeking a part-time Post Office Assistant responsible for supporting the Post Office Manager with a variety of post office duties.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Sorting and distributing all incoming mail and packages to students, faculty, and staff
- Scanning incoming/outgoing letters and packages mail via Web Tracking Systems (WTS) software
- Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing shipments and forwarding addresses
- Forwarding first class mail and packages to former students and faculty
- Weighing and processing outgoing mail utilizing the S.M.A.R.T mailroom software for shipping vendors including, but not limited to USPS, FedEx, and UPS
- Preparing monthly reports and other records as directed
- Performing other duties as assigned
During the school year, the regular work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9:00 PM – 3:30 PM. Flexible availability, including extended hours and availability during school breaks, summers, and holidays, may be required.
