General Summary:
Primary duties include management of email and texting program strategy and execution, data collection efforts, running and converting raw data into a usable format, and assigning tracking codes to create a link customized for each digital effort. This position will also serve as a backup marketing manager as needed.
Responsible for retrieving current and historic data from PMI’s systems and converting data into a usable format for the marketing managers to analyze. This position will strategize, conceptualize, execute, and follow up on customer retention campaigns through a variety of media including but not limited to email and database marketing.
Job Functions:
- Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values.
- Plan, design, and execute email/SMS campaigns for pre-sales, on-sales, promotions, contests, and bi-weekly newsletters. This includes all emails for Resch Center, TicketStar, Meyer Theatre, Green Bay Gamblers, pre-event communications and other TicketStar clients.
- Develop and execute automated emails to re-engage users with abandoned carts or prior event page visits, to drive ticket sales.
- Leverage ticketing and user data to segment audiences based on past event attendance and engagement.
- Keeps database robust by developing landing page forms for contests, event interest, and other data capture initiatives.
- Create QR codes for event posters, digital ads, and sales promotions to grow lists and measure engagement.
- Work with sales to ensure sponsorship contracts are met for email advertising.
- Gather ticket sales pre-event analysis for monthly event meetings; sales history comparisons number of days out, purchasing trends and more.
- Responsible for the execution and completion of special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
- Acts as the lead strategist as it relates to email and SMS program success.
- Posts result, monitor key indicators, identify trends, and adjust strategy as needed.
- Provides post campaign reporting to Marketing Managers for purposes of event closeouts.
- Analyzes programs to minimize the anonymous customers and increase engagement.
- Pulls and converts raw data from the ticket system into a usable form so Marketing Managers can use this information in decision making and plan development.
- Assign tracking codes to create a link customized for each digital effort. These codes allow us to track, measure and compare the effectiveness of the digital efforts for each campaign/event.
- Provides regular reporting as well as trend analysis to Marketing Managers.
- Performs all other duties as requested.
- Responsible for following, observing, and participating in all Company related safety programs, procedures, and training as well as reporting potentially unsafe conditions.
