Program Manager

Responsible to provide leadership, direction, support, and supervision to employees assisting people supported in the Community Based Day Services (CBDS) program. Responsible for ensuring creative, innovative and meaningful daily programming occurs as well as the individualized day habilitation goals are being met. Work with staff to make the employment first initiative priority for those who strive for competitive employment. Will be an active participate as a member of the Management Team.

• Bachelor’s Degree in health related field preferred
  • 3 years of relevant health care experience
  • 2 of those years must be spent in supervisory roll
• In lieu of Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6 years of relevant health care experience
  • 3 of those years must be spent in a supervisory roll
• Must have excellent verbal, written communication skills, computer and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a van preferred
• Crisis intervention training (i.e. PABC) is favorable
• CPR, First Aid and MAP certification preferred.
