Required Practice Experience: Â Successful completion of an ASHP-accredited post-graduate year one (PGY1) residency training program and ASHP-accredited post-graduate year two (PGY2) in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy OR ASHP-accredited post-graduate year one (PGY1) residency training program and three (3) years of clinical practice experience in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy with BPS board certification. Option to waive the PGY-2 or 3 years of advanced training requirement to be reviewed in coordination with the Chief, Department of Pharmacy, and approved by the Contracting Officer. Â Meets standards of an ASHP-Qualified Residency Preceptor within one year of employment. Â Required training: Â American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification for all acute care pharmacists (i.e. critical care, cardiology, infectious disease, emergency medicine, internal medicine) Â
