JOB SUMMARY:
The Busser is a support-level position that always focuses on bussing, cleaning, and sanitizing throughout the restaurant.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specifically, the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following activities:
- Bus tables and provide requested items to patrons. Clean and reset tables so that they can quickly be reseated
- Communicate to your team members which tables are ready and available. Follow all safety and sanitation precautions while bussing and setting tables
- Complete normal and additional cleaning and sanitation as required
- Maintain clean and stocked restrooms
- Maintain floors in all areas swept and free of debris
- Report a guest’s opinion and/or concern to the manager
. Alert a manager if there are any problems.
- Be dressed properly, organized, and ready to clock in on time
- Always be positive and proactive with the guests and co-workers. Work as a team with other staff to ensure a smooth and successful working environment Treat every guest as your own. Always help anyone on staff
