Schedule:
This is a part-time position with flexible shift availability. Shifts may include:

  • Weekdays: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM

  • Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 9:15 AM–6:15 PM

What You’ll Do

As a Recreation Clerk/Cashier, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests at the Rec Center—either by phone or in person. You’ll help answer questions, process registrations and payments, and support a variety of recreation programs behind the scenes.

You’ll also:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answer phones and provide accurate information about programs and events

  • Perform data entry, filing, and clerical support to keep things running smoothly

  • Support recreation staff with scheduling, special projects, and event prep

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

  • Handle cash, process payments, and reconcile daily totals

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is reliable, friendly, and organized—with a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn.

You should have:

  • A high school diploma or GED

  • Basic computer and typing skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Experience in customer service or clerical work is a plus

  • A valid Colorado Driver’s License


Physical Requirements

This job requires sitting, standing, and occasional light lifting (up to 20 lbs). You’ll also need the ability to use a computer, phone, and office equipment regularly.
