Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong command of project lifecycle, planning, and execution principles.
- Skilled in communication, facilitation, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, MS Office, SharePoint).
- Financial acumen to support cost tracking, procurement coordination, and ROI analysis.
- Knowledge of ministry structure and the ability to navigate both business and spiritual contexts.
- Ability to communicate/coordinate with a wide variety of people.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Must be able to operate a Windows computer and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements:
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must sign the Statement of Faith.
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Charis Bible College graduate is highly preferred.
- CAPM or PMP, or Agile certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
- Must pass all required checks.
Experience:
- 3+ years of professional project management experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and scope across enterprise-level initiatives.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
