Description

Position Purpose:

Project Managers assist Enterprise Chain's Project Management Office (PMO) with leading key ministry projects. Through maintaining an understanding of the various core and critical business processes within the enterprise, the Project Manager will be able to provide peer leadership on large multi-departmental projects, which may include elements of both process improvement and project management.

Essential Duties:

  • Partner with the PMO Director and department leaders to intake and vet candidate projects.
  • Lead development of the Business Model Generation Canvas (BMGC), Quad Chart, and DRAFT Project Charter for PSC review.
  • Conduct scope definition, stakeholder mapping, requirements gathering, and risk identification.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules (via Monday.com or other scheduling software), milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment on objectives, resources, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress through monthly reporting (e.g., Quad Charts) and escalate issues as needed.
  • Track budget alignment using tools like Z-Charts and report actual vs. planned expenditures.
  • Serve as a liaison between project sponsors, departments, and the PMO Director.
  • Implement project communication strategies and maintain stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain project documentation in PMO SharePoint archives.
  • Represent the PMO with professionalism and spiritual maturity.
  • Foster ministry-wide trust through stewardship, transparency, and accountability.
  • Lead project teams through influence, not authority—equipping and empowering departments while modeling servant leadership.
  • Contribute to PMO methodologies, training, and documentation standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process innovation, operational efficiency, and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Participate in lessons learned and post-project evaluations.

  • Financial acumen to support cost tracking, procurement coordination, and ROI analysis.
  • Knowledge of ministry structure and the ability to navigate both business and spiritual contexts.
  • Ability to communicate/coordinate with a wide variety of people.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Must be able to operate a Windows computer and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
