- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and project management platforms such as Smartsheet or Monday.com.
- Adaptable, dependable, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and ministry excellence.
Requirements:
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must sign the Statement of Faith.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Charis Bible College graduate and/or AWM/Charis employee preferred (currently enrolled students are not eligible).
- Typing speed of 60+ wpm with 90% accuracy is required.
- Must pass all required checks.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or event coordination — ideally within a ministry or hospitality setting.
- 1–3 years of leadership experience overseeing teams or volunteers, with a demonstrated ability to motivate, mentor, and develop others.
- Strong familiarity with project management principles and organizational systems is highly desirable.
- Formal training or equivalent hands-on experience in leadership or hospitality is considered an asset.
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
