Requirements:
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must sign the Statement of Faith.
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline is required.
- SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR certification preferred.
- A Charis Bible College graduate is preferred.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom) will be a plus.
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
- Must pass all required checks.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of Customer service experience is required.
- Performance management and administration experience is required.
- Human Resources Information Software (HRIS) experience is required.
- Employee Relations experience is required.
- Onboarding and Recruitment experience is preferred.
- Independent Contract Management is preferred.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Teamwork and collaboration experience.
- Prior supervisory and team leadership experience.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
