We are seeking a customer-focused IT Operations Lead to support the Welbilt Experience Center (WEC) in Coppell, TX—a modern, high-tech facility that serves as a hub for product showcases, executive and customer events, and hands-on training through Welbilt University. The WEC also houses two co-located sales, service, and distribution businesses, all of which rely on seamless IT operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on IT professional to play a key role in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment at the forefront of foodservice innovation.

  • System Administration:
Configure, monitor, and maintain IT systems, including hardware setup, application support, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Vendor & Team Collaboration:
Work closely with external AV, network, and security vendors. Act as liaison to the Welbilt IT Shared Services team to ensure consistent service standards.
  • Onboarding & Training:
Support onboarding of new employees and deliver user training on IT systems and software.
  • Policy & Process Development:
Establish and maintain IT best practices, documentation, and support procedures tailored to a high-visibility facility.
