Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred.
- Proven success in IT support, operations, or systems administration in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Prior experience supporting events, executive and customer visits, or training centers preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks.
- Proficient in setting up and managing PCs, printers, scanners, and AV systems.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally QAD and Oracle.
- Comfortable supporting both onsite and remote users.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of urgency, a can-do attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Self-starter capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities at once.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Must align with Company Core values.
- Work Environment:
- Ability lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time in an office, manufacturing or warehouse environment. Must be able to work flexible work hours, if needed.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time, as needed.
