Manager of Manufacturing
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree or the foreign equivalent in Operations, Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing or a closely related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a food equipment design or food equipment manufacturing occupation.
The required experience must include the following:
- 5 years of experience working with commercial food equipment manufacturing environment in various positions dealing with the design and manufacture of the equipment.
- 5 years of experience working with various functions in a manufacturing environment, including senior management, manufacturing staff, quality staff, product design, materials, purchasing and regulatory compliance activities (such as UL, TUV and NSF).
- 5 years of experience and knowledge working with commercial appliance operating and control systems.
- 5 years of experience working with software applications skills such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, or PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, Arena, Solid Works, or using an MRP System (such as QAD).
- 1 year of experience with Quality Systems (such as ISO 9001-2015 or ISO 14000), Quality at the Source, SINOI, or a quality corrective action process.
