Your Mission
- Position MPT as the industry’s premier internet-based medical package testing provider within one year.
- Achieve a 25% year-over-year increase in Gross Profit over the next three years.
- Operate the division with full ownership across sales, marketing, operations, staffing, and P&L.
- Introduce innovative testing solutions and lead pilot initiatives to bring new services to market.
- Transform our web presence into a client-driven, self-service platform that converts leads and enables seamless engagement.
- Represent MPT at conferences, trade shows, and key client engagements to build market presence and credibility.

What You’ll Do
Lead, scale, and inspire cross-functional teams spanning sales, technical services, and customer support.
Define and execute marketing strategies that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
Redesign and manage the MPT website as a powerful self-service and lead-generation tool.
Expand the MPT service portfolio through innovation and strategic partnerships.
Nurture key client relationships and act as the executive-level point of contact.
Collaborate with corporate departments while maintaining independent leadership of MPT operations.
