Mainstay provides safe, affordable housing and compassionate support services to people of all ages and abilities—particularly elders, individuals with disabilities, and those overcoming homelessness. We believe in treating everyone with empathy, dignity, and respect, empowering residents to live as independently as possible in their communities. Mainstay is seeking a compassionate and responsible Live-In Mentor to join our team in one of our community-based group homes supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This unique role combines direct care responsibilities with the benefits of affordable housing, offering an excellent opportunity for students or early-career professionals interested in social work, psychology, or human services.
