- Lead and Empower: You'll train, monitor, and empower our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) by conducting Medication Administration Certification training and overseeing the delegation of critical health-related tasks, adhering to Ohio DODD rules (Chapter 4723 ORC, Rule 5123:2-1-07).
- Innovate and Improve: You'll have the power to develop, evaluate, and improve care plans and best practices, tackling diverse challenges from chronic conditions to complex medical needs (G-tubes, tracheostomies, modified diets, and more).
- Advocate for Wellness: You’ll provide expert medical insights while advocating for the best service options in alignment with person-centered care.
- Be Part of a Team: Collaborate with agency leadership, staff, partnering home health agencies, and pharmacists to ensure a unified approach to care.
