EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
· 1-3 years DMV titling experience in California.
· Proficiency in MS office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs.
· Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
· Knowledge of CDK or similar accounting software.
· Proficient in data entry and management.
· High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
· Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
· Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
· Basic math skills.
REASONING ABILITY
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
· Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
