General Summary of Job Duties: The Table Games Floor Supervisor will be responsible for observing all games, players, and dealers to ensure accuracy and protection of the Table Games department.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintaining a high quality of guest service.
- Always exhibiting a positive and professional attitude with team members and guests
- Protecting the assets of the company to ensure maximum profitability.
- Enforcing all table game policies and procedures while ensuring excellent guest service
- Applying your knowledge of dealing procedures including house rules to preserve the security and integrity of games.
- Verifying all bankrolls from previous shifts to ensure accuracy.
- Monitoring games and maintaining appropriate game pace.
- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving disputes and filling requests
- Assisting in training and evaluating subordinate team members in a fair and equitable manner
- Accurately tracking player actions by noting buy-ins, length of play, win / loss, and average bet
- Operating all games in accordance with gaming laws and company policies
- Verifying the accuracy of documents signed and ensuring procedures are accurately followed.
- Communicating pertinent information to management in a timely and responsible manner
- Maintaining proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated play.
- Notifying management immediately of any unusual activity of play
- Creating a work environment which promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction.
- Performing all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
- Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
- Other duties as assigned.
