Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
Graduate of approved Licensed Registered Nurse School, with a current license to practice in the state of Colorado. Able to supervise care given by nurse aides, and has the bedside nursing skills needed to provide quality care. Understands the Eden Alternative Principles and is able to lead others in implementing person-directed care.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
- Maintain punctuality when reporting to work and leaving work.
- Must demonstrate the willingness and ability to learn and perform all duties required by the Nursing Department.
- Ability to work and converse in a polite manner with residents, their families, co-workers, and others associated with the position on a daily basis.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be able to follow safety measures to protect neighbors, self, and co-workers.
- Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either orally or in writing. These will be reviewed with employee prior to implementation.
Work Location: This is not a remote position and work must be performed in-person.
