Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- RN currently licensed in the state of Colorado, BSN preferred.
- 5 years supervisory experience in the long term care field preferred.
- Education and training in the field of geriatrics.

- Ability to work and converse in a polite manner with neighbors, their families, co-workers, and others associated with the position on a daily basis.

- Must have good writing and communication skills.
- Must be able to use initiative and judgment in maintaining assigned area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Must exhibit courteous, compassionate, and respectful treatment of neighbors, families, and co-workers.
- Must display a positive attitude and flexibility in changing situations.
Material and Equipment used:
- Ability to perform basic computer functions and to learn new programs as used by the facility.
- Equipment associated with nursing.
Working Environment/Physical Activities:
- Must be able to stand and walk 5-7 hours a day.
- On office days, must be able to sit up to 4-8 hours.
- Must be able to lift and carry 0-50 pounds by self regularly and 50+ pounds occasionally with assistance.
- Occasionally will lift neighbors with assistance.
Work Location: This is not a remote position and work must be performed in-person.
