Responsibilities
- Scanning and classifying of documents into our Medical Records system
- Performing accurate and efficient data entry
- Keeping information confidential
- Adhering to established procedures and guidelines for data entry tasks
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending high school or equivalent
- Familiarity with computers
