Operations Lead

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proven record of leadership success in a team environment required.
• Strong mechanical and construction skills required.
• Experience with heavy equipment required.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to stay organized, focused and calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to use Internet search engine and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to work outside in adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Ability to perform significant physical activity including lifting large and bulky material.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Acquire and maintain appropriate commercial license certification based on state and federal regulations including but not limited to commercial medical card.
