Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, energetic individual to join our team. As part of our warehouse team, you will oversee the reception of materials and products from multiple vendors and parties, store items in the appropriate
areas, log inventory levels, and retrieve orders for shipping. This is a fast-paced role requiring exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, and our ideal candidate has prior experience with inventory management. You
should also be a self-starter who can juggle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision. Compiles and maintains material and parts inventory and status information to expedite movement of material and parts within the
hospital by performing the following duties. Requests, receives, stocks inventory and issues all property associated with maintenance and repair, and assists with administrative/clerical functions in the office.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and track real time inventory of all parts in Bench Stock
- Maintain, track, and file all purchases using standard methodology
- Ensure optimal requisition process, to include taking advantage of available delivery options, phone, and online ordering, and optimizing resupply efforts
- Ability to set up and use electronic tracking software to log all items
- Transport and store goods and inventory in the appropriate zones
- Log inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and storage
- Ensure that no critical work order is delayed due to any item within your control
- Maintain current online parts library, ensure that the online inventory matches physical inventory
- Maintain tracking and return of non-conforming parts
- Proactively engage Supply Vendors for competitive pricing.
- Maintain MSDS system · Maintain equipment calibration log
- Maintain vendor and subcontractor evaluation log
- Maintains general cleanliness and appearance of self and of assigned spaces, assist others as part of the maintenance team as required and performs other duties as assigned.
- Must have the willingness and ability to learn new techniques and skills to improve efficiency, achieve certifications as directed and assist as necessary in keeping FSI a leading-edge service provider.
- Must have the drive to get things done and the ability to interact professionally and courteously with government officials, staff, patients, and fellow co-workers.
- Communicate status of requests/parts etc. To Management and DMLL’s Clerks.

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred.
- An understanding of terminology, such as receiving, inventory, and shelving.
- Basic knowledge of using Maximo system may be required during interview process.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- A friendly and hard-working disposition.
- Punctual with good time management skills

- Microsoft Words and Excel Proficient.
