General Summary:
The purpose of the job is to manage all CAP logistical operations and communications and to lead the implementation team at new accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and executing the initial reorganization project including:
- The physical movement of inventory
- Shelf set-up
- Data collection
- Part number cross reference research
- Creation of labels
- The labeling of bins and shelves
- Understand and abide by Customer’s Safety Rules and Procedures at various locations
- Interfaces with the Coordinators to cover vacation and sick time, which will require travel to other branch accounts and possible overnight stays.
- Pursues new business opportunities by monitoring items supplied by competitors and determining the ability to convert items to Mc-Mc products. Other business getting activities such as repair, tools, circuit boards.
- Maintains delivery vehicle and coordinates necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Assists in creating, implementing and revising work procedures and instructions.
- Delivers quality effort to CAP program
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or demonstrated progression toward degree completion.Â
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, preferably Nexiant.Â
- Extensive Knowledge of Mc-Mc product lines,
- Knowledge of Mc-Mc order processing and purchasing processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products including Excel and Word.
- Must possess excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving and time management skills and have the ability to work independently.
- Must possess valid Georgia Drivers license with a good driving record.
