The main responsibility of a Prep Pro is to maintain our commitment to the freshest product with the highest quality ingredients by efficiently completing various prep items to ensure the restaurant is stocked and set up for each valued Guest.
Prep Pro Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the established prep list is completed daily as well as stocking the restaurant food areas for success.
- Maintains a thorough and complete knowledge of menu items, recipes, specifications and procedures to ensure food quality standards are met with every item served.
- Ensures 100% accuracy while maintaining service time goals.
- Maintains a safe and sanitary environment for proper food storage, preparation and handling, following every health guideline and procedure at all times.
- Maintains safety and sanitation standards in the restaurant and keeps the kitchen area clean and organized.
- Maintains a professional appearance, adhering to uniform standards at all times.
