Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience writing and managing RFPs or complex proposals, preferably in healthcare, occupational health, or B2B services.
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to translate technical and clinical information into clear, persuasive business language.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with proposal management tools (e.g., Proposify, Loopio, or similar).
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with occupational health, employee wellness, or related healthcare service lines.
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Understanding of federal, state, and corporate procurement processes.

Work Environment
- Work Environment must be free from background noise and distraction, noise level is acceptable, temperature is controlled. At home set up must meet all Company IT, privacy and safety requirements.

This position has a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 annually. Final compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.Â
