Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across both B2B and B2C channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing and service industries, with a proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

This is a critical leadership role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support business objectives across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Oversee all marketing functions including branding, digital marketing, product marketing, content creation, PR, events, and lead generation.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor KPIs and marketing performance metrics; prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
  • Drive trade show and event strategy, including planning, logistics, and lead capture.
  • Manage agency/vendor relationships as needed to support campaigns and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in both B2B and B2C marketing within the manufacturing and/or service sectors.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, CMS).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Creative mindset with strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience launching new products or services to market.
  • Familiarity with SEO platforms
  • Knowledge of industrial or technical product marketing.
