Outdoor Guest Experience Ambassador – Mountain Creek

Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants and lodge.
How the Guest Experience Ambassador works with the Team:
As the first point of contact with guest arrivals, the Outdoor Guest Experience Ambassador will provide information that assists guests with an unforgettable experience at the resort. The Ambassador will assist with many facets of the guest experience to include, parking, encoding ticket purchases, validating passes at lifts, assisting guests through the self guided Terrain Based Learning Experience, and cleanliness of resort grounds.
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Be an accurate and reliable source of information for our Guests
- Assist with the guest arrival including parking and accessing amenities. Scan online ticket purchases and encode media for access to rentals, tickets, etc.
- Monitor TBL and assist guests through the self guided experience
- Validate tickets, cards, passes at entry points/lift bases
- Acknowledging and advocating for our guests needs as it pertains to their experience with the resort
- Enforce and follow safety procedures for the team and our guests
- Focus on resort cleanliness and appearance standards including, but not limited to emptying waste containers, sanitization of touch points, and garbage removal from resort grounds.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
Team Member Qualifications:

- A positive attitude and a commitment to great service
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be 16 or older
- Prior customer service or teaching experience an asset
- Ability to work outdoors in the ever-changing seasonal climate of NJ
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holiday
