Snow Tubing Ambassador – Mountain Creek
Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: Snow Tubing Manager

Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge.
How the Snow Tubing Ambassador works with the Team:
Provide and unforgettable tubing experience for our guests while maintaining safety as the number one priority.
Team Member Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with friendly and fun attitude
- Enforce safety regulations at all times
- Complete service guideline checklists daily.
- Keep tubes stacked neatly at all times
- Shovel and salt as needed to ensure safe walkways
- Maintain fire in fire pits to add to the guest experience
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Follow all departmental standard operating procedures
- Setup, transport and take down signage, fencing and mats daily as needed
- Maintain control of lines at the top of the hill
- Responsible to keep company assets safe and in good working condition (i.e. radios, drills, etc.)
Team Member Qualifications:

- Must be able to move heavy objects (25-30 lbs.)
- Friendly, enthusiastic demeanor
- Must be able to work nights, weekends & holidays
- Must be willing to work outdoors
- Must be 16 or older
