Nacho Daddy is a Modern Mexican restaurant that was founded in 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our goal is to give nachos the respect they deserve - taking them from appetizers to entrees. Don't let our name fool you, we don't serve nachos... we serve the MOST INSANE GOURMET NACHOS smothered in queso and salsa made fresh daily, and we guarantee you'll never find a dry chip! Position Summary
Offering versatility to help in any area of the restaurant to make the progression of service smoother and more efficient while maintaining high quality service.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities are as follows: Delivering exceptional guest service by quickly and efficiently cleaning tables and carrying dishes to the kitchen for washing. Providing excellent service when delivering food to each guest and getting additional items quickly and efficiently. Engaging in conversation with guest about their needs when delivering food or manicuring tables. Assisting with setup, cleanup, prep work, and equipment maintenance of the service station, expo line, bar staff. Cleaning and resetting tables; taking care of all plate ware and tools utilized. Emptying bus tubs, pre-bussing and bussing, filing ice. Retrieving order from kitchen and ensuring accuracy before delivery to guest. Washing dishes, bar glasses. Changing kegs. Stocking liquor, beer bottles, glasses, side plates, napkins. Constantly cleaning chairs, booths, and floor as needed. Ensuring sanitizer buckets are in accordance to health standards and changed every 2-4 hours. Cleaning surfaces with a sanitized towel in accordance to SNHD and company policy. Assisting in To-Go and Delivery orders packaging. Ability to open and close dining room and expo line properly. Ability to properly clean, mop, deck scrub floors and walls. Ability to execute flaming fajita SOP properly. Willingness to help server as requested
