Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Conducts tours of models, vacant apartments, property, and property amenities.
· Utilizes resident, prospect and revenue management software systems for leasing activity such as inquiries, appointments, prospect follow up, quotes, rental agreements, and renewals.
· Maintains closing ratio based upon the needs of the community.
· Processes rental applications in a timely manner for review and final approval of the Property Manager.
· Follows through and assumes accountability for overall move-in program.
· Assists in initiating and closing out service requests.
· Conducts market surveys of comparable properties.
· Assists with outreach marketing program.
· Helps plan, schedule, organize and participate in resident functions.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience required.
· Must be well versed with all Fair Housing laws.
· Working knowledge of Office 365 including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
· Experience working with property management software is a plus and willingness and capability to learn new software.
· Good customer service skills, communication skills, and sales ability.
· Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation.
· Able to work weekends.

Job Type: Full-time, in office (no hybrid working)
Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (depending on experience), plus bonus
