PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven work record with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic trouble shooting skills.
- Ability to handle working conditions that pose potential contact with heat, oil, dust, pneumatic and hydraulic pressure devices.
- Provide personal tools and tool box.
- Able to operate forklift and scissor lifts; possess basic welding skills.
- Ability to mechanically disassemble and assemble machines and components, repair fabrication.
- Requires considerable physical effort (standing, lifting, walking, climbing stooping, etc.).
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
- Work well as a team member or on individual assignments.
- Ability to locate problems by means of testing and observation of mechanical and/or electrical systems or devices in and out of operation; looking and listening for problems using precision measuring and testing procedures and instruments.
- Able to read machine prints, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Blueprint reading and measuring equipment experience

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
